Recently, JADA events hosted an exclusive 4-day sales training/meeting for a select group of guests staying at the luxurious Barceló Palmeraie Resort in Marrakech, Morocco. The event combined valuable sales training with unique cultural experiences, providing the perfect balance between work and relaxation.

Guests stayed at the five-star Barceló Palmeraie Hotel, a luxury resort located in the Palmeraie region of Marrakech, known for its impressive palm groves and lush gardens. This exclusive location provided the perfect setting for both business meetings and pure relaxation.

During the day, intensive sales training sessions were provided, aimed at strengthening commercial skills and cooperation. After the training sessions, guests could relax in the comfortable hotel and enjoy the excellent facilities.

In the evening, guests enjoyed refined meals at the hotel, but the absolute highlight of their culinary journey was a dinner at Ksar El Hamra, one of Morocco's most renowned restaurants. Steeped in the country's rich culture and history, this restaurant offered an authentic Moroccan experience. The menu consisted of traditional specialties such as tasty tagines, delicious couscous and perfectly grilled meats, accompanied by a variety of local delicacies and a fragrant cup of Moroccan tea.

The four-day meeting not only provided an opportunity to further develop professional skills, but also to enjoy Moroccan culture and hospitality and strengthen business relations in an inspiring environment.

On Saturday March 15th, Euroveiling had the privilege to celebrate their 125th anniversary with a grand event, organized by JADA events. With 750 guests in their own hall in Vilvoorde, this was an event that put both the rich history and the future of the company in the spotlight.

The location was completely transformed and radiated the identity of Euroveiling. From impressive floral artworks in a fountain to an innovative interactive floor and even a waterfall flowing under a bridge, the decoration was taken care of down to the last detail and created a unique atmosphere.

The Euroveiling archive was displayed in the Expo, where guests could browse through 125 years of history. This led to many "Oh yeah" moments and memories, which increased the sense of pride and connection among the attendees.

In the “Garden of Celebration”, a beautiful oasis created by JADA events, guests were treated to a culinary experience by J&M Catering. The buffet offered a varied selection of dishes, refined desserts and an anniversary cake, marking the festive moment.

In addition to the culinary delights, guests could also enjoy themselves in two Dome greenhouses, where they could take a swing photo or order a refreshing cocktail.

The musical content of the evening was provided by Radio Tour, the Soulbrothers and DJ Sydney as the closing act. The music created a flourishing atmosphere, which brought the event to a festive close.

With this celebration, Euroveiling has celebrated its 125-year tradition in a stylish way.

The event not only provided an opportunity to commemorate the past, but also to look to the future. This celebration was a fitting tribute to both the company's long history and continued growth.

After more than 10 years, CLC-VECTA is renewing its visual identity with a powerful, contemporary visual that symbolizes who the association is today: an inspiring knowledge partner that connects and stimulates entrepreneurship within the live communication industry.

From activities to identity

“The association is a substantive, inspiring and strategic connector. The previous visual, developed in 2013, colorfully and in detail depicted the diversity of the members of CLC-VECTA and what live communication is. The starting point was the business activities of the members, not who we are as an association,” says Dineke Philipse, association manager CLC-VECTA.

The new visual is no longer a reflection of the members' business activities, but of the identity and core values of the association itself: inspiring, connecting, enterprising and knowledge partner. "And in fact also of its members; inspiring entrepreneurs with expertise who connect with each other within the CLC-VECTA community."

Abstract and layered

The new corporate identity visual is abstract and layered, with elements that touch, flow over and together form new patterns. In addition to the core values, the image also symbolizes the emergence of new ideas and initiatives. But with the characteristic multi-coloredness that suits CLC-VECTA and its members. The visual will become a permanent part of the corporate identity and communication of the association, in which a video has been chosen, for example on the website and in presentations, and a 'still' for example for socials and printed matter.

Creative trajectory with Giraffes4Zebras

For the design process, various creative agencies were consulted. Giraffes4Zebras was chosen because of their extensive experience with trade associations and their strong sense of identity and story. The agency was able to translate the DNA of CLC-VECTA into a visual that is both recognizable and innovative.

Last month it was time for the annual Schoenen Torfs Employee Day, and it was truly a great day!

Some 600 employees came together in the Elisabeth Center Antwerp for a day full of fun, conviviality and of course lots of connection.

The day started with a nice breakfast, where everyone met in a relaxed atmosphere. After a pleasant start it was time for the plenary session in the impressive Queen Elisabeth Hall, where Torfs shared the plans for the future and the entire team showed how proud they can be.

In the morning there were several workshops where the employees delved deeper into company topics such as purchasing and digital & visual branding and even ergonomics. There was something for everyone, and it was a great opportunity to discover new things together and talk about what helps the company grow.

In the afternoon there were sessions about work-life balance, there was a fun speed dating activity, and everyone could participate in a super creative workshop where they made their own contribution with macramé and wood for one big joint artwork afterwards. This way the power of connection became literally and figuratively visible!

The highlight of the day was the fashion show. Employees proudly showed their own latest collection, with an emphasis on family & children. It was great to see the team come together to present this new collection.

The day was concluded with fries, snacks and a banging finale by DJ Tom. Schoenen Torfs has proven with this Employee Day once again how important it is to work together, grow and have fun. What a day!

Yes, it was a corporate event in the best suit.
